Dear Parents and Teachers
Below please find a final Notice and Agenda for the Annual General Meeting of the PTA. You are all members of the PTA and it is of utmost importance that you attend. You are encouraged to participate, make suggestions, hear about activities and projects, as well as to show the Committee your support.
Four nominations have been received for the four vacant posts for parent representatives on the PTA committee. Therefore, an election with respect to the PTA committee will not be held.
As advised by Ms Joyce Pullicino, Chairperson of the Board of Governors, further to the Board of Governors’ call for nominations to the Board of one parent from the Senior section of the College to join the Board, two parents were nominated. Hence, an election organised by the Board of Governors will be held with respect to the Senior School parents. All parents of children in the Senior School are entitled to vote.
You are all kindly requested to fill in and return the slip below regarding this Notice and Agenda. It is understood that you shall not be bringing your children with you unless you sent in the respective application form by the closing date which was the 7th November 2018.
Kindly note the AGM and Mass will be held in St. Paul’s Hall and not in the Marian Hall and Chapel as previously advised.
