The PTA invites all parents, teachers and staff for the annual PTA Christmas Event that will be held on the 30th November at 6:30pm in the school Auditorium.  After Mass and the Carol Service, refreshments will be served in St Paul’s Hall.  Booking is required for the refreshments.

Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at the Marian Hall, Senior School, Sacred Heart College, St Julian’s, on Tuesday 30th day of April 2019 at 2:00pm

 

Purpose: to approve amendments to the Statute of the Parent Teacher Association of the Sacred Heart College Foundation so as to enable the PTA to register as a Voluntary Organisation.

The proposed amendments to the Statute may be found here –>  PTA Statute final .  Hard copies of the proposed amended version of the Statute may also be viewed at the Junior and Senior College Administration Offices.

The school PTA invites you, your relatives and friends to the annual PTA Christmas Event.  Together, let’s prepare for the Lord Jesus’s birth and through our donations help others in need.  This year the Advent Celebration will be prepared by the Year 4 classes.

The Annual General Meeting of the PTA will be held on Saturday 17th November 2018 at 5.30pm in the Marian Hall located in the Senior section of the College.  You can read circular here.>>NOTICE OF AGM 2018

This year, we are calling for nominations of parents for four (4) places on the PTA committee. The nominations are to be addressed to and are to reach the PTA Secretary by not later than Saturday 3rd November 2018. The parents who are elected will serve for a term of two scholastic years. Winners not present at the draw are kindly invited to collect their prizes from the junior or senior school office between the 2nd July and the 13th July (weekdays from 8.30am to noon). The winning ticket and winner’s ID card must be presented.
